Summer Assignments
AP/Honors/Advanced Courses:
1. AP/Honors/Advanced students will have summer assignments.
2. Summer assignments will no longer count as a test grade; the grade given will be a homework/classwork grade.
4. Students should receive a copy of summer assignments before the last day of school. In addition, the assignments will be available at individual schools for pick-up or online.
3. After the second week of school(August 18th), summer assignments will no longer be expected. Students that enroll at or after this time should not be penalized for not completing the summer assignment.
5. Students may check out materials or supplies necessary to complete the summer assignments.
General Education Courses:
1. General education students will be encouraged to complete summer assignments; Students who complete the assignments should be incentivized at the school's discretion; the incentive may include extra credit.
2. Summer assignments will be available before the last day of school. In addition, summer assignments should be available at individual schools for pick-up or online.
3. Students may check out any materials or supplies necessary to complete the assignment.
4 The students will not be given a grade to complete the summer assignments.

Summer Assignment Support Schedule (Virtual Support Only)
Teachers will provide virtual support for students to complete summer assignments. The support will begin from June 19 to July 28. Support will also be provided on the evenings(3:30 -5:30 pm) of July 31 and August 1.
