Important Message From Our Nurse
Medications: If your student will require medication at school for the 2020-2021 school year, please note that a new PPA (parent physician authorization form) is mandatory every year. The PPA and medication must be hand delivered to the school nurse by an adult. This includes all self-carry medications. Please review the DCS medication guidelines below or visit the DCS website where all info and forms are available under the departments/school health services tabs.
Immunizations: Please contact your student's doctor or the Morgan County Health Department to make sure they are up to date on all immunizations prior to the beginning of 2020-2021 school year. These are required by the State of Alabama and DCS. Please contact me if you would like to know if your student is not up to date.
